How To Lose Belly Fat The Lazy Way

Hello, if you are interested in losing weight but you don’t want or don’t have time to workout for 3 hours a day and eat only apples, then you’re in luck!

It is possible to lose weight without insanely intense workouts and diets, and it’s easier than you think.

Below we list 8 tips how you can lose weight effortlessly!

But before we start I would like to tell you that if you are really lazy, like you hate exercising and enjoy relaxing all the time. Then the best solution is meal control.

You just need to cut your meals 1/3 and you will start being calorie deficient. Meaning your body will burn more calories than it consumes.

It’s that easy, no need for working out, going to the gym. Just cut your calorie intake and you are good to go.

Depending on how much you leave off the plate will reflect on your weight loss.

And starving is bad okay?

8 LAZY WAYS TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST

SLEEP MORE

One study conducted over 16 year by the University of Alberta has found that people who slept  five hours or less gained 30% more weight than those who slept over seven hours.

More sleep equals less stress which leads to emotional eating. Sleep also boosts your metabolism, which will be burning more and more calories every day without you having to do anything.

DRINK WATER

Drinking more water will help you melt fat not only by boosting your metabolism just like sleeping.

Before I tell you how water can improve your weight loss journey, I would like to tell you that it’s very important to not over-drink water/ juices/ sodas/ etc.

This might seem obvious, but I for example did not calculate my water intake correctly, and I ended up having some problems with my kidneys (nothing serious thank God).

We need to understand that almost everything we eat also contains water, especially when we eat veggies, fruits, and soups.

The recommended amount of water intake for average males is 15 cups of water and women 11 cups. How much is that?

1 Gallon for men and 0.7 gallons for women (90oz) for folks over the sea that is 3.7l and 2.7l.

So what does this mean?

Well we need to also take in consideration the water that is in our food to achieve this numbers, not only pure water intake.

An example for women, you could have eaten 2 soups that day and a couple of oranges let’s assume that is around 40 oz and you know that you have to drink another 90oz which leads to a total of 130oz.

This numbers are not that bad but doing this every day, you might start experiencing hyponatremia symptoms.

Now that we have that out of the way, let’s return to our weight problems.

Many institutions around the world have found out that people who drink at least 1 glass of water 15-30 minutes before each meal losr on average 10 pounds over 12 weeks.

                                                     WORKOUT LESS

Sounds like a paradox but it’s actually true.

But how?

Most of the weight loss actually occurs not in the gym or while running or swimming, but it actually occurs in the kitchen where we decide what are we going to put inside our bellies.

If you are just starting or if you are already working out but you still have cravings that ruin your progress, working out intensely will actually build more muscle mass and not aid you in losing fat.

Let’s think about it.

We go to the gym lift some weights then we do some cardio, we are exhausted, we drink some water that does not really help us with hunger right after the workout, and we start thinking about what we are going to eat home, and if you are on a more or less strict diet you will not want to eat veggies, fruits, and hardly any carbs and proteins.

The moment you pass a fast food store your mind will stop functioning correctly and you will start thinking with your taste buds and stomach, thus ruining your whole workout sessions.

Working out less will actually improve your journey by having less cravings towards “delicious” foods and will help you lose more fat in the long run.

CARRY A HEALTHY SNACK WITH YOU

When we start dieting we always say the following: “This is it, no more junk food or sodas, only healthy whole foods from now on!”

This is all fine and dandy but after our first day we already are having second thoughts and are ready to relapse.

For that to not happen a simple trick that will do wonders for you is to carry with you your favorite healthy snack, and when you feel that you need to eat something, you will be prepared and not lose your mind over what to do.

LAUGH, DOES IT REALLY HELP?

Laughing helps you take your mind of your troubles, decreasing your stress levels aiding in your progress.

You might not think much about it, but Venderbilt University found that laughing just for 10-15 minutes burns 40 calories and can raise your heart rate by 10-20%, which will increase your metabolism.

Gather up your friends or watch some stand-up show and have a good time while losing weight.

FOOD JOURNAL

Double your progress with a simple journal.

A study by Karla Polk tracked nearly 1700 of participants and found that those who kept a food journal lost twice the amount of weight than those who did not.

The more diligent you are with tracking what you eat the more weight you can shed.

It might seen weird at first and very awkward but the effects of keeping a food journal are immense.

TAKE TIME TO UNWIND

By now you already know that stress leads to emotional eating which leads to weight gain at an alarming rate and thus losing all confidence in your journey and giving up. But a major effect of emotional eating is the slowing of your metabolism, this has been tested and proven by Harvard researchers.

Hunger makes you think in a very  weird way, in such a way that you might of never have experienced prior.

Your hunger will do more damage to your body than good.

For this to not happen try to relax by listening to some music you enjoy, a nice long hot bath, spend some time with friends, read a book, or watch your favorite movies – whatever – just so you calm your anxiety and not think about your problems.

GET PROFESSIONAL HELP

There are plenty of professionals around. But which of them would I recommend as someone who actually can help you with your problems?

Not many to be honest.

Most of the so called “pros” are good in what they do, but that does not mean it will actually benefit you in any major way.
